Clover Hill
In 2001, Habitat were commissioned to undertake Comprehensive Ecological Assessment's of the Clover Hill site prior to any development work taking place. The site was a former diary farm with scattered remnant vgetation, predominately on the upper slopes of the site and along the banks of Wyangan Creek.
Our studies identified ecologically significant vegetation and fauna within both of these areas. As such, we were subsequently appointed to prepare Flora and Fauna Management plans to protect these areas and form a blueprint for their rehabilitation.
The end result has been a significant improvement to the ecological health of these areas while also protecting the on-site creek corridor, ridgeline values and rural amenity.
We are proud to note that our involvement with Clover Hill continues to this day by providing Certification and Assessment services to ensure that all works have been carried out in accord with our original plans.
