BA Leisure Management (Parks Planning and Management)

Scott Toohey has been involved in Environmental Tourism and Ecological Assessment for the past 18 years. His impressive background stems back to the initial planning for the multi award winning environmental tourism resort, Couran Cove on the Gold Coast. He has been responsible for the development and management of native fauna sanctuaries and holds a Degree in Leisure Management (Parks Planning and Management.) Scott is a keen herpetologist and holds a significant collection of venomous and non-venomous snakes at his home - burglars beware! Scott has extensive experience in native vegetation assessment and management in partnership with ecosystem rehabilitation. Scott serves as Environmental Manager with the Habitat team.
